How long do vendor listings stay up?
>>> Vendor listings are up for 12 months. Your start date begins 2 weeks from when payment is accepted. We encourage vendors to submit their profile information and images in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to submit all requested information within 2 weeks of receiving it.
Can I log in and update my listings on my own?
>>> Unfortunately, no. Due to the way we have our site set up and for server security concerns, we are unable to provide members with access to update their listings. Once the listing is published, the text and images are considered locked. However, there will be opportunities to update your profile at certain points during your year.
How do you choose which order to display listings?
>>> Listings are randomly rotated on a weekly basis so that everyone gets equal exposure across the page. There will be opportunities to be a "Featured Vendor" and those opportunities will be posted in the Member's Facebook Group.
I have not received any inquiries or bookings/I did not get as many clicks to my website as I wanted. Can I get a refund?
>>> Our listings are sold by a duration of 12 months. We cannot and do not guarantee clicks, inquiries, or bookings. We'll ensure your listing is published in the category of your choice and that it includes everything that was submitted via our profile form, but we are not responsible for how it performs. We see advertising as a mutual partnership and encourage all members to be as involved as possible. There are several great ways to be involved in our community that can help further your exposure. But as mentioned, there are absolutely no refunds whatsoever.

TERMS
Thank you for your interest in advertising with Southern California Bride. Prior to paying for your ad, please review the following terms and conditions. We want to make sure you understand our policies, so please read this document carefully. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
Term and Termination.
The term of this Agreement shall begin no later than two weeks from date payment is received and shall continue for the duration of the selected advertisement period. Profiles are to be submitted and completed within 2 weeks. If after 2 weeks, profile information has not been submitted, your membership will still begin. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing the other with written notice. Upon receipt of written notice, the ad and related content will be removed from the site within forty eight (48) hours. No refunds are available whatsoever, irrespective of the reason for termination.
Payment.
All payment must be made in full prior to the display of any listing or ad. Payment must be made within 72 hours. If payment is not received within 72 hours, we will send you a reminder. If after that, we do not receive payment, your application will be deleted.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Southern California Bride and each of its officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, and representatives from and against all third party actions, suits, losses, liabilities, claims, expenses, damages, and costs of every kind including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of (1) a material breach of any of the representations, warranties or covenants set forth herein, (2) any claim resulting from injury or death as a result of services or goods offered by your business, or (3) any claim resulting from the your breach of applicable law, negligence, or willful misconduct. You hereby release us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, and their respective owners, officers, managers, employees, and agents from any liability in connection with this agreement, and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless all of them with respect to, any and all costs, claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees arising out of or in connection with the your violation of this agreement or any law or regulation.
By paying for your listing or ad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the provisions of this advertiser agreement. You represents and warrants that the person executing on behalf of either party has been duly authorized to execute this agreement.
Southern California Bride cannot guarantee the number of clients booked, number of inquiries received, traffic received to listing, website clicks, or the amount of revenue generated from a listing in the Vendor Boutique. New vendors must agree to submit profile information within 2 weeks. Memberships begin 2 weeks after receiving payment. All sales are final. There are no refunds or partial refunds.
